Herewith I wish to report my discovery of a rare outburst of
this dwarf nova.
The previous maximum occurred on 1986 August 29 (mv= 11.0 ; cf.
IAUC 4249, 4252, 4258).
High-speed photometry during the current outburst is urgently
required.
