[vsnet-gcvs 195] IR Gem astrometry photometry

IR GEMINORUM   (UG)   Range: 10.7-16.3V
     Position:   06 47 34.66  +28 06 22.2 (J2000, from .dat file)
     Magnitude:  V=16.275  B-V=0.147

GCVS position has large errors. May explain some phantom sightings of this
star in outburst.
