   My bet is: the Strasbourg people simply askes to change V0374 And to
V00374 And though the entire catalog.  And they replace the V-number
definition of the GCVS in their catalog database by VNNNNN (N=12345) etc.
And all we should do is to rewrite all programs to read the electronic
GCVS )-:
