[vsnet-const 40] NSV 768 in Cetus

The Hipparcos Epoch Photometry Annex lists 77 photometric transits of this star (HIP 10584) between JD 7864.0 and 9026.8. The resultant magnitude was Hp=7.0447 +/-0.0012. The most extreme data point from the mean was only 0.03 magnitude. This is a constant star.

This star seems to be contast in spite of an isolate 7.24 V measurement found in the literature (Cape Observatory).
PEP(V) and Hipparcos V magnitude is 6.90 or 6.91.
