[vsnet-const 39] NSV 768 en Cetus

This star seems to be contast in spite of an isolate 7.24 V measurement found in the literature (Cape Observatory).

PEP(V) and Hipparcos V magnitude is 6.90 or 6.91.

 

These are some observations for this "constant variable". The 7.0 estimates are probably my error.
