It seems to me that some of other wide-field surveys (ASAS, Tabur's etc.)
have been very productive, and they don't seem to too much "kill" observers.
There seems to be a room for improvement in PIXY in this aspect. Otherwise,
what would be left after PIXY surveys may simply be low-quality huge amount
of data difficult to handle by later researchers. This is apparently not
a goal for automated surveys.
