I introduce you the 10x10 arcmin chart and DSS1/DSS2 images of FZ And:

At the GCVS ans USNO-A2.0 position, there is a star on DSS1 image, but
no star on DSS2 image because it moved to east besides of GSC
3999-01679.

The FZ And is clearly found on MISAO images, just east besides of GSC
3999-01679.

FZ And is almost overlapping on GSC 3999-01679 in early 1990's. It may
be one of the reasons why no observations have been reported to VSNET.

FZ And is identified with LHS 543a. But the catalogued position of LHS
543a is very different from the true position in mid 20th century.

Anyway, the observations of FZ And reported to vsnet-obs are wrong. I
will send [Delete] mail to vsnet-obs later.
