     He is welcome to do so.  He has supplied the lists directly to
Kolya Samus in Moscow, so the GCVS team have them to work with.

     Correct, but as you mentioned, there is no such list that can be
called definitive.  Grab the current GCVS files as a base, then start
adding improved coordinates as they can be found (i.e. make your own
file).

     This is not the biggest of Toni's problems in re observing and
