Well, between the 1 and 2 steps, please select "Image" menu and select
"Reverse Upside Down" menu in it. PIXY System 2 cannot operate
matching when the image is upside down, although the rotation of the
image does not make matter at all. 

The default data order of the FITS file is set as "japanese", so
outside of Japan the images always become upside down. You can change
the default in the "Configuration" menu on the Main Panel.
