I just looked in Harvard Circular 219, which has the early Harvard
observations. Unfortunately the details of the calibration are not
included. You'd probably have to go to Harvard and dig out the original
notebooks with these observations---and re-examine the original plates
while you were at it using a modern photometric sequence.
