[vsnet-chat 4105] CP Dra

I've placed on
http://ftp.nofs.navy.mil/pub/outgoing/aah/sequence/cpdra.dat
a single-night field photometry file acquired last night.
This should be adequate to set up a preliminary visual sequence
for this variable.  In particular, CP Dra itself is listed there as

coords (J2000)              V     B-V
 153.916045   73.434790 
10:15:39.85  +73:26:05.2  14.802 -0.056

with photometric zero point errors in the 0.02mag range.
This data is from HJD 2451964.9048.  The astrometry has
internal error of 0.1arcsec, so there appears to be some
disagreement between these coordinates and those by Tonny.
