It is the identification for V2220 Oph.

NSV 9200 is also referred by Terzan and Rutily, 1972, A&Ap, 16, 408,
Fig. 4 as star 10. It is definetely not the Toni's suspected.
There is only one information that star "A" can be a variable:
somewhat bright r magnitude on USNO_A2.0 but apparently dimmer on DSS2
R image.
