Looking in the GCVS v4.1, it appears that the star is not designated
yet. The relevant IDs are:
NSV 4721 = CSS 652 (not GCSS 650) = IRAS 10015-4634 = Hen 4-78
The star is present in the Tycho-2 catalogue with position (epoch and equinox
2000) of: 10 03 29.909 -46 49 14.41 The star is not present in the
traditional Cordoba or Cape Durchmusterungen.
