I use MIRA6.0 from AXIOM software. It give good photometric result but it is commercial software and somewhat expensive.

If you want freeware or shareware (usually less expensive than commercial software), Munipack and QMips32 are good 
software. But I have not much experience for these two software. 
Mr. Rudolf Novak might have advice about Munipack, I think.
