[vsnet-chat 3513] new names for .dat files

Based on the 75th namelist, I've renamed
some of the field photometry files on
http://ftp.nofs.navy.mil/pub/outgoing/aah/sequence
here are the correspondence between old
and new names:

naql99.dat -> v1493aql.dat
tmzv85.dat -> iyuma.dat
usno1425.dat -> v2176cyg.dat
var63peg.dat -> v368peg.dat
var62and.dat -> v402and.dat
var61her.dat -> v1008her.dat
noph98.dat -> v2487oph.dat
nsgr98.dat -> v4633sgr.dat
rxj0757.dat -> htcam.dat

There are no internal differences for these files;
only the names have changed.
