   Please read the #1 message of vsnet-preprint.  The list also accepts
variable star-related contributions which may not fit the general reader
of astro-ph nor IBVS.

   Well, aavso-grb-list already well duplicates in the presence of GCN
circulars.  This clearly demonstrates that the duplication in itself is not
a problem, but the way and people to promote the field is a more important
factor.
