ASAS_J195609-2038.1 and ROSAT source

   I have noticed another (potentially) interesting association.

   ASAS variable:

GSC6325.397 195609.25 -203807.2 (2000.0) 12.56 0
195609.0 -203806 (2000.0) ASAS_J195609-2038.1 10.33I (0.07) 

   This is a relatively (not very) red star.

   ROSAT source:

195609.8 -203747 (2000.0) 1RXS-F_J195609.9-203748 0.071 -0.17 0.25

   The X-ray/optical ratio looks somewhat high for a chromospherically
active star.
