PT Per: likely CV, needs more attention
Among objects previously suggested as dwarf novae, I have found PT Per
is recorded by ROSAT. This star had been regard as "not a dwarf nova"
based on Bruch and Schmpke A&AS 93, 419. I observed at least one outburst
(during the CCD survey of dwarf novae), which also supports the dwarf nova
classification. Since this object seems to have been dropped from almost
all observer's target list, I would encourage to monitor this star for
future outbursts.
