I gather there were numerous problems with the various sightings made
by the amateur group involved, not least of which was their refusal to divulge
the dates/locations. In trying to obtain the information for an IAU Circular,
Brian Marsden wrote them off as incompetent, which is why there is no IAUC
for this event---which clearly demanded one if it was legitimate.
