This appears to be a *very* rapid burst. Here is
my photometry from last night:
HJD V B-V verr bverr
51437.6080 13.598 0.372 0.007 0.008
So the variable returned to its ~quiescent value in less than
a half-day.
Here is some additional photometry of the brighter stars in the field:

(errors are purely Poisson and don't reflect a possible zero
point offset due to a single night of photometry.)
Note that the third comparison star in this list is identical to
the first, staturated star in Bruce Sumner's sequence:
