Thanks to Taichi for the clarification. All the
charts/software I have seen so far that locate V449
LYR appear to have the wrong star, but the proof will
be in the photometry. "Stay tuned to this channel."

Hans-Goran Lindberg sent me a set of charts with great
overlays that show the ID of V449 Lyr may be
USNO A2 1275-10801481. H-G has done quite a bit of
work chasing this one down.
