However I'm still confused. When I plug the
coordinates into VizieR, I get another star:

(note the designation 1275-10801482.
Any sugestions?

  My reply:

  The USNO number and coordinates given in VizieR are based on USNO 2.0,
whereas my list is based on USNO A1.0.  This all explains the different
numbers and a subtle difference in position.
