I have been able to correctly located the object from the discovery
literature (as was _correctly_ shown in the chart, the east-west was flipped
on the original chart).
USNO1425.08177614 140820.894 +533039.88 (2000.0) 19.3 19.1
Though Downes et al. points to a fainter western object, the above star
looks more plausible. Is this the star that has brightened?
