The proceedings will be published as an issue of New Astronomy Reviews by
Elsevier Science (http://vsnet.elsevier.nl), and a separate printing will be
made by Elsevier for the symposium participants. 
Maybe you can contact one of the editors to get a copy
(see http://vsnet-astro.physics.ox.ac.uk/~warner/proceedings.html)!
