I imaged the field of PR Her last night under non-photometric
conditions. However, it is straightforward to obtain differential
(B-V) colors and look for blue objects near the location of
this variable.
The only blue object is at
RA (J2000) DEC V B-V
18:08:04.44 +38:46:17.1 21.3 -0.5
(where I expect the B-V color to have large error bars).
This is not quite where D&S point, but there is nothing at those
locations to V>23. There is a very much fainter object (V=23)
about 20 arcsec south, as well as a trio of brighter stars about
20 arcsec to the west.
I propose the object listed above is the variable. I'll
get another image set whenever conditions become photometric
as a second check.
