As I've written privately to Allyn, there are rather crude charts
for the E-region stars in an old RGO Bulletin, but Bruce Sumner also writes
to say that he is preparing a new set of charts that will doubtless be
much cleaner. In the meantime, since most of the stars are brighter than
mag. 10, nearly all will appear on ordinary "deep" sky atlases such as
"Uranometria" or "Millenium Star Atlas", and of course can be located using
charts made from any commercial starchart software that includes stars as
faint as mag 9 or 10.
