I was going through prior VS Net postings and noticed the correct
prediction of a GK Per outburst by Tsutomu Watanabe (announced Jan 24,
1999: "Tsutomu Watanabe (JCC00212@nifty.ne.jp, VSOLJ) has predicted
that GK
Per may undergo an outburst within the coming five or six weeks, based
on his elaborate research using his natural neural network system. ..."
Congratulations to Watanabe-san on predicting the outburst of 15 Feb!
