   Any subscriber can post to vsnet-chart, this list is not restricted for
administrators.  I presume the VSNET admin's activity is completely filled
up with the present maintainance of the data, WWW, ftp, making alerts,
compilations, etc. so I think I can't spare more time in producing digests.
We would deeply appreciate if some volunteer could regularly post a digest
(important recent events etc.); then we may optimize necessary settings
of the mail exploder.  Monthly or weekly summaries of CVs and Miras are
within the administrators' present capability, as are regularly posted to
vsnet and vsnet-obs.
