I can quite understand the dislike of seeing lots of negative observations,
but as Taichi has pointed out, they are valuable.  Also if it came down 
to just posting positive observations to VSNET, I don't think I would bother
sending observations at all, as it would take me even more time to sort 
them out, and I would regard the report as being incomplete!

I hope I haven't gained a reputation for ONLY making negative estimates!  
I do make quite a few positive ones too!
