Dear Paul,
I can recomend you package MIDAS (Unix/Linux distribution) which can make much
more than just PSF. Or I'v heard much about IRAF which could be quite same as
Midas - but don't have experiences with this.
If you are DOS/Windows user you can buy MIRA software (I can find some adress)
but this one is quite expensive.
