[vsnet-campaign 681] RZ Leo rebrightening update

RZ Leo rebrightening update

Dear Colleagues,

    S. Kiyota-san (Tsukuba, Japan) also reports the Jan. 12 observations
of RZ Leo.  The observation basically supports the finding in vsnet-alert
5552 (or vsnet-campaign 680).  The fading rate inferred from Tsukuba
observation seems to be slightly larger than the pervious report, but
still looks slower than those of other SU UMa-type rebrightenings
(the fading trend was not distinct during the run).

    The recommendation from the VSNET Collaboraion team is unchanhged.
