NSV 14652: new campaign target As reported by Tonny Vaunmunster, the suspected UG star NSV 14652 is in outburst. The object has been selected as a possible noteworthy object (possible CV candidate) since the possible identification with a ROSAT source. Timo Kinnunen surveyed past photographic plates and indeed found brightening which can be regarded as outbursts! Follow-up observations, including astrometry, multicolor photometry and spectroscopy, of the present outburst are strongly encouraged. The object is selected as a target-of-opportunity program of the VSNET campaign. Regards, Taichi Kato VSNET Collaboration team
