[vsnet-campaign 366] AW Sge: new campaign target

AW Sge: new campaign target

    As reported and confirmed in vsnet-alert and vsnet-outburst, the dwarf
nova AW Sge is undergoing a rare, bright outburst.  The present magnitude
is about 14.0-14.7.  This object has been suspected to be an SU UMa-type
dwarf nova.  The present brightness may suggest a superoutburst.

    The object is thus a top-priority dwarf nova target of the VSNET
Collaboration team!  (For northern dwarf nova fans, a successive observation
after the QW Ser run would be recommended).

    I will later report on this object more.
