[vsnet-campaign 68] HT Cam outburst, quick follow-up observations needed

HT Cam outburst, quick follow-up observations needed

Dear Colleagues,

The suspected SU UMa or IP, HT Cam = RX J0757.0+6306 is in outburst.
(Detection reported by Timo Kinnunen and Patrick Schmeer). This is the
only known occasion when multiple observers confirm the outbursting state.
The object is duly on the VSNET campaign list.

It is not yet still clear whether this brightening is short-lived (as
Schmeer suggested) or fades more slowly. Observations are strongly
encouraged. If the object is accesible from your observing site, please
try to make time-resolved photometry as long as possible.
