SN2002AP 20020218.172 12.38: I COO

Difficult conditions (thru cirrus clouds) Results carry greater
uncertainty than ordinarily. Fading trend in V continues, R fading
possibly reduced and I nearly flat after slight fading. These
interpretations are preliminary due to the poor conditions tonight.
