Dear SN watchers, In [vsnet-obs 42051] (Oct. 27): ># NGC 2559, the host galaxy of SN 2002hc (the reported position is ># questionable. It was almost identical with the NED position of the ># host galaxy. The reported offset is 1"E, 7"S of the nucleus), is a ># possibly colliding pair of galaxies (SB(s)bc pec:), having two ># central bars and complex arms. ># MCG -01-23-8, the host galaxy of SN 2002hd (the position is ># questionable as same as SN 2002hc. The reported offset is 19".5W, ># 21".5S.), is a almost lenticular (SA0^0^:) galaxy. W. Li provide precise positions (J2000.0) for these SNe (IAUC 8003).
