# The host galaxy of SN 2002ds is an inclined barred-spiral (SBd pec
# sp) galaxy ESO 581-G25, somewhat affected by the Galactic
# extinction. The position of SN is R.A. = 15h13m35s.73, Decl. =
# -20o40'38".5 (2000.0), which is about 68" east and 7" south of the
# nucleus (it has complex structure) of ESO 581-G25. It is located at
# well outside of the main disk. There are several foreground stars
# around this galaxy, including a bright (mag 15:) star superimposed
