   Could someone has an access to archival spectroscopic plate(s) taken
by Sanduleak and Stephenson covering this region, and to check this
13-14 mag star whether this had an emission line or OB star-like?

   This reminds me of the HR Del case, when archival spectroscopic plate
revealed an OB star-like prenova spectrum.
