   Peter Nelson's measurement:

Using GSC-ACT I get the following astrometry:
08 39 32.39
-66 17 39

84 stars used, average residual 0.35 arc"

   The FITS image is also being examined by Yamaoka-san for accurate
astrometry and quiescent identification.
