IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION [Re: CR Boo & V803 Cen campaign]

                     IMPORTANT   NOTIFICATION

   This is the third time notification to the CBA group.  (The first one
was sent out privately, but we have had no reaction).  Some points are
new, and some points are repeated notices.  This notice is exclusively to
the CBA group, that had repeatedly disregarded our notification, and not
to readers and VSNET members in general.

   1. Please don't use [vsnet] for announcing observing campaigns.
      There exist more appropriate lists.

   2. Please don't post multiply to lists of similar characters or sub-lists.
      For example, you should not post multiply to vsnet-campaign and
      vsnet-campaign-dn.

   3. As stated in the list #1 message, vsnet-campaign and its sub-lists
      are designed to in order to exchange messages between VSNET
      collaboration members in conducting VSNET campaigns.  Posting to
      these lists are regarded by default as to contribution to the VSNET
      campaigns, or they are administrative messages to call for cooperation
      with other campaigns.  Calling for collaborators from a third party
      for other campaigns is confusing.  If you intend to call for
      collaborators exclusively to the CBA campaigns, don't use
      vsnet-campaign* and use vsnet-cbanews.  If you wish to report the
      progress of the CBA campaign, use vsnet-cbanews and not vsnet-campaign*.

   4. CR Boo and V803 Cen are our long-standing campaign targets (cf. VSNET
      campaign weekly summaries).  You have all rights to call for yet
      another campaign for these targets from a different scientific
      motivation, but vsnet-campaign* lists are not the suitable place
      for this.  (The VSNET admin has not received any message that the
      CBA wishes to join the VSNET campaign).

   If the above points are violated repeatedly, we will SET NOPOST for
those who have made violations.
