[vsnet-alert 5710] GSPC sequence near nova suspect

In addition to Tycho-2 stars, about 2/3 degree away from the new nova
suspect is the local GSPC sequence, which should be useful for calibration of
photos/images as the object fades. V and B-V are from the GSPC, and I have
added Cousins R magnitudes computed from: R = V - 0.508(B-V) - 0.040, which
should be good to ~0.05 mag. or so.
