TU Crt rare outburst

   Rod Stubbings reports that the SU UMa-type dwarf nova TU Crt is undergoing
a relatively rare outburst.  The first-ever superoutburst of TU Crt since
the discovery occurred in 1998 March - April.  No definite superoutburst
has been observed since then.
