[vsnet-alert 4645] CY UMa in outburst

CY URSAE MAJORIS (UGSU)
Apr. 20.021 UT, 13.2 (independent detection)
Sequence: S. Fujino
Instrument: 203-mm SCT
The previous outburst (a normal one) of this SU UMa-type dwarf nova occurred
on Feb. 25. It was independently detected by myself (vsnet-alert 4277) and
Eddy Muyllaert (vsnet-alert 4276) within minutes. The most recent supermaximum
was first noticed by Hiroyuki Maehara on 1999 Dec. 25.758 UT at mv= 12.1.
The current outburst is most likely a normal one.
