Re: [vsnet-alert 4604] XTE J1550-564. The UBV sequence Norma II (Bok, Bok and Miller 1972; AJ 77,733-744) is probably the closest published sequence to the X-ray transient XTE J1550-564, now in an active state. The sequence may be useful as it goes down to 15.20V, and is only about 15' N of the transient. The full sequence is given below, with J2000 positions and GSC ids.
