Using 45 GSC-ACT stars I get the following
RA=4h59m44.04s, Dec=+19d26'22".9

From a image taken by Kyoto team, I have done astrometry of RX
J0459.7+1926 with 20 GSC-ACT stars as: R.A. = 4h59m43s.938, Decl. =
+19o26'23".60 (equinox 2000.0).
This star is catalogued in USNO A1.0 as 1050_01589844.
