QY Per page updated

Dear Colleagues,

   We have updated the QY Per page.  Tge light curve includes new observations
by the Kyoto team (Jan. 1) and the first half of Lew Cook's run.  When
the data from Masi and Cassetti's run and the second run of Cook become
available, the light curve will be duly updated.
