(fwd) XTE J1859+226: schedule of next BeppoSAX pointing
Date: Tue, 16 Nov 1999 23:07:46 +0100 (MET)
From: Daniele Dal Fiume <daniele@tesre.bo.cnr.it>
Dear all,
the next pointing of BeppoSAX is scheduled for
Start: 19-11-1999 03:59:15 - End: 20-11-1999 00:47:48
This is the last pointing for this visibility window for BSAX. The next,
final pointing will be scheduled in the next visibility window, that
will be between end-February and end-May 2000. It is likely that in the
last pointing the source will be observed in a quiescent status or like.
The source is now steadily fading in X-rays and is currently between 20
and 30 RXTE/ASM cps.
As usual, please CC to all the recipients of this mail any notice on
the availability of simultaneous ground based observations.
The BeppoSAX schedule can be browsed at the BSAX SDC center at the
address http://vsnet.sdc.asi.it
I will send an update on the observation at approximately the start
and end times.
Ciao.
Daniele
