Following a private e-mail earlier today from Patrick Schmeer, alerting
both Chris Jones & myself to an outburst of V452 Cas, Chris & I have
managed confirmation...
Nov 09.774 14.7 C. Jones Seq. VSNET
09.781 14.9 G. Poyner Seq. VSNET
Unfortunately the only information that Patrick included in his message was
that V452 Cas was around 15th magnitude.
Are these possibly the first ever visual observations of an outburst
of this star?
Further visual and photometric observations of this outburst are to be
encouraged.
