Rare outburst of V1028 Cyg
In vsnet-obs 22859, J. Pietz reports the outburst of V1028 Cyg (short
orbital-period SU UMa-type dwarf nova).

The object was caught during the rise to maximum. The latest reported
outburst occurred in 1998 Sep. (Hanson, mv=13.8), which was a superoutburst.
As Baba et al. in his detailed paper described, time-resolved photometry
is very encouraged during the present outburst.
