[vsnet-alert 3444] TY Vul fading confirmed

TY Vul fading confirmed

Dear Colleagues,

    Our CCD photometry of TY Vul indicates a 0.8 mag fading in 2 days,
confirming the outbursting nature of the reported object.  The differential
magnitudes are given.

                  TY-comp
  1999 Sep. 2.693 3.09
            4.619 3.89

    The measurements are done at the position of the 16-th mag USNO star,
as reported previously.
